Multi-Pack Solutions operates a website and marketing activities intended to bring awareness of our services to people interested in contract packaging services and information. We act as a data controller as defined by the EU General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”), which means we control how and why the personal information you provide to us is used.
What types of personal information we process
Multi-Pack Solutions processes a variety of personal information about our website visitors, customers, and viewers of our online content. We only collect personal information relevant to our marketing and business activities. This personal information can potentially be used to identify individuals. Why we process your personal information, and what we do with it
Multi-Pack Solutions collects and processes your personal information for marketing communication or conducting business with you. Regardless of why we process your personal information, you can revoke consent. If you revoke consent, we will stop processing your personal information.
We try to direct our marketing efforts to people who have expressed interest in our company and services. We also try to focus the content of our marketing communication on the specific services people have shown interest in. We show our respect for your personal information by only sharing information with you we think you will be interested in. Who we share your personal information with

Our Site is operated and managed on servers located within the United States. Your rights under the GDPR

Right to revoke consent. We respect your right to customize or limit the way we use your personal information. If you live in the European Union or the UK this right to revoke consent is granted by the GDPR. You can exercise your right to revoke consent by visiting our preferences page or contacting us directly.
Right to be forgotten. If you live in the European Union or the UK you have the right to be forgotten under the GDPR. You can exercise this right by contacting us directly. If you exercise this right we will delete your personal information from all systems we control. We may direct you to our marketing partners’ data privacy representatives to ensure your personal information is removed from their system as well. We will provide you with written verification that we have deleted your personal information from all systems we control. If you have concerns regarding how we process your personal information, we encourage you to contact us directly.
Right to lodge a complaint. Depending on where you live, you may have a right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority or other regulatory agency if you believe that we have violated any of the rights concerning personally identifiable information about you. We encourage you to first contact us directly so we have an opportunity to address your concerns directly before you do so.
Opting-Out of Promotional Emails
You may choose not to receive future promotional or advertising emails from us by selecting an unsubscribe link at the bottom of each email that you receive from us, or by responding to the emails directly and requesting removal if such a link is not available. You may also unsubscribe from these emails at this link. Customers cannot opt out of receiving transactional emails related to their account with us or our services. Please note that even if you opt out of receiving the foregoing emails, we may still send you a response to any future “Contact Us” requests as well as administrative, maintenance and operational emails.
The security of personal information is important to us. We follow generally accepted industry standards to protect the personal information submitted to us, both during transmission and once we receive it. However, no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure. Therefore, while we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect personal information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
Our Site is not intended for children under the age of 18. Accordingly, we do not intend to collect personal information from anyone we know to be under 18 years of age.
How We Respond to Do Not Track Signals
We do not track Site users over time and across third party websites to provide targeted advertising. Accordingly, we do not currently respond or take any action with respect to web browser “do not track” signals or other mechanisms that provide consumers the ability to exercise choice regarding the collection of personal information about an individual consumer’s online activities over time and across third-party web sites or online services.
Your California Privacy Rights
If you are a California resident, California Civil Code Section 1798.83 permits you to request information regarding the disclosure of personal information about you by us to third parties for the third parties’ direct marketing purposes.
