Mark is a seasoned global business leader with more than 20 years’ experience building, developing and leading high-performing teams. His vision for Multi-Pack Solutions is to be the premier contract packaging and manufacturing partner in the industry through an unwavering commitment to premium quality, innovation, speed-to-market, and proactive ideas for our customers. To achieve this, Mark is championing a customer-centric culture that engages customers from the concept stage through project completion, along with the adoption of lean and Six Sigma practices to eliminate waste and streamline processes throughout the business.
Prior to Multi-Pack Solutions, Mark held a variety of leadership and general management positions in both Eaton Corporation and Danaher Corporation, most recently as President of the Veeder-Root Operating Company at Danaher. Mark has a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from Pennsylvania State University and master’s degrees in business administration and engineering management from Northwestern University.
Executive Vice President of Sales & Marketing
Steve has a broad set of industrial sales and marketing experience, recently serving as Vice President of the North American Industrial Automation and Global Aerospace & Defense Business at Kollmorgen Corp (a Danaher company). Prior, Steve held the position of VP/GM for Kollmorgen’s global Automated Guided Vehicle business, based in Gothenberg Sweden; Vice President of Marketing and Vice President of Global Accounts at Danaher; and in various capacities at PartsSource LLC, Rockwell Automation, Accelent Systems, and Xycom Automation. Steve holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Western Michigan University.
Christina R Stroud
Director of Human Resources
Christina has manufacturing in her blood. She worked for BMW Manufacturing Corp. for 15 years, where she led the human resources effort during two plant expansions and developed BMW’s global performance management program, and for Proterra, a private equity start-up that creates the world’s most fuel-efficient battery electric buses, where she helped grow the team from 5 to 200 employees. Christina has a bachelor’s degree in finance and a master’s degree in human resource development, both from Clemson University.
Corporate Vice President of Quality
Polly has more than 30 years’ experience in the areas of FDA regulatory and compliance for drugs, medical devices and cosmetics, ISO 13485, management of quality systems, auditing, contract manufacturing & packaging, microbiology, validation, calibration, gamma sterilization and EPA regulatory. Before joining Multi-Pack Solutions, she worked within Bausch & Lomb’s quality department and Becton Dickinson’s microbiology division. Polly is a graduate of Lander University with a major in biology education and minor in history.
